Why are the soldiers in the Netherlands IP system downgraded

and why do the ones with full attributes become random values?

If my soldiers are not at full attributes, then I have no reason to make this request, but there are records in your server. How can you handle this matter like this? I see you gave these soldiers the ability to reselect their skills, but I don’t think it’s enough, you can’t randomize the attribute points of these soldiers

It was an exploit, and you abused it, next time don’t use exploits and your soldiers will keep their max stats.
