it’s not the paper which is the problem it’s all the artificial balancing they’re doing to make the Americans viable in some cases and handicaps they give to some factions.

If you truly have a problem blame the Soviets for the infinite power creeping and how much DF keep artificially balancing things and if DF just went with the big action philosophy and what Tommy did by bumping up damage of some weapons or we could just get rid of dispersion altogether we wouldn’t be in this problem in the first place.

Conders. MKB 42 isn’t worth it.
Condors, more unique, 100 round squad wiper, excellent recoil and ROF. You will always use the Condors, once you unlock the MKB (h), MP43, Stg, you will never touch the (W) again. Its good, just loses value unlike the Condors. I used Both to grind out my Assualter squads till i unlocked the MP 43.

The Conders is strong and might be a paper gun, however this weapon is so rare on the battlefield, because at BR5 it is still a very niche gun.
