Just hit printscreen (pc) when their kill appears on screen and after the game find the name on the report site.

you know that you can now report from replay site after the game? also you can report at end game score tab.

If you bring up the scoreboard ingame, make it interactive via the ALT key, you can report any player you choose. It’s not that difficult.
