You cant force someone to give up his veichle slot even if him is a shit at use them, every one need the possibility to use them
spamming,ineffective pilot/driver, are something all combined arms fps have and this is not a problem wo can be solved because you cant control other people action
Best way to deal with this is adaptability and improvisation wen this happen, obliviusly a lot of time you cant find a way to resolve the problem and lose but this is part of the game experience
But if you want a solution for at least plane
Every plane for me need have 3 minutes of operativity and next need to be forced to retreat for give another the possibility to use them

This thing are human releted, most of the player can only run and gun so is a lost cause try to work with them, and i have tried a lot to do this, my worst experience? Once i found and idiot in tunisia occupy all time the attacker slots with a premium plane with no bomb trying to kill tank with the MG wen i sayed to him “strafe run dont work” him insulted me, the best way is ignore and hope the next Battle you found better temmate
The bug and unbalance are fault of lazy development, this cant be tollereted and need to be pointed out every time
Yeah, all games has this issue. Then just DEAL WITH IT. Not IGNORING it. If dev arent able to come up with ideas, then just copy those existed solutions.
Also, the community is not only for pointing out bugs and unbalanced. It’s also for bring up new ideas of improvement.

not if those solution comes from a game that actually need heavy team coordination and is a completely different experience from a run n gun type of shooter like enlisted.

We can put a rule and make every player can flight for 3 minutes with a plane, after 3 minutes or wen they die they cant use the plane before 3 infantry respawn, and other people can use their plane

first read than think, i said that this game AT THIS TIME doesnt need cooperation to win, just a couple of good ppl running around a spraying everything with bullets.
so implementing a solution from another type of game that doesnt match the speed or the general gameplay of enlisted is not a solution.

For a whole day, playing solo get crushed by all kinds of grouped players.

I have played TONs of games that average solo players lacking (because game simply dont provide/encourage, just like you said) cooperation. And letting lots of toxic play styles to exist, exploiting all kinds of things.
Most of players performed much worse than me. And I am the guy “get <10% WR”. So they must never able to win. Unless they are lucky enough to matched together with grouped players.
So, what kind of “SPEED” Enlisted is?
