When Mkb.42(M) is allowed to be a BR4 gun - so should Mkb 42(H) and Mkb 42(W)

I literally use Mkb42 (M) in BR5 matches, thats how good it is, while MKb42 (H) and (W) are worthless compared to STG.

why are those guns still stuck in BR5?

Lump the Stg 45 in.

Mkb42(H) and Mkb42(W) are both terribly overtiered in BR5, they are very much comparable to the BR4 Thompson M21/28 in terms of power, M21/28 has even higher DPS and reload speed but worse muzzle velocity, otherwise the dispersion and even recoil are comparable.

poor StG45(M) with 450 rpm is even worse than all Mkb42 and should be BR4 as well.

Probably unpopular opinion but i prefer mkb 42m over mp 43/1 and even stg 44

Imo the worst thing about most AR is the base dispersion is very bad compared to the base dispersion of SMG (even tho they get 30% dispersion less for AR)

BR4 Mkb42(M)´s high fire rate is very good for squad wiping and its quick reload speed is helpful at it too so it’s not unpopular at all.

It’s pretty much better than both cause it’s pretty much a 20 round Fedorov + it has a bayonet too

how ?

edit
ah never mind, yeah, M,W,H, pretty confusing

I will from now on call them: TT MKB, GOLD MKB and EVENT MKB.

that should make it easier even for me to understand.

He said mkb42(M) so thats the event gun not the tech tree mkb42(H) which is trash for BR5.

High rate of fire and bayonet. 20 round mag is the only thing holding it back (but luckily gets fast reload)

the better dispersion definitely helps too at longer range hitting the target + better velocity too

its got Gewehr43k dispersion and high damage, its pretty much a Gewehr43k pre nerf, just with smaller mag and no burst.

I just dont see many people talking about it. Maybe im just blind

Muzzle velocity have large impact on TTK (and most importantly subjective experience)
Consider the following equation

TTK(Mkb) + d / V_mps(Mkb) = TTK(Thompson) + d / V_mps(Thompson)
-> d = 14.77...

Which mean in combat further than 15m, Mkb42 kills faster than ThompsonM21/28

Nah, not unpopular. MKB-42(M) is basically baby’s first Federov, it’s a blast to use. I run it over STG as well.
