As much as China has their own Mausers and even have their own Kar98k known as Chiang Kai-Shek rifle along with some MP 18s and MP 28s, some vehicles are pretty much copy paste with BT-5s, T-26s, Pz IIs, etc
Some interesting choices for China include the Lewis Gun, Maxim-Tokarev, MG 08(Type 24) could work well against Japan.
Still Manchuria as Soviets in 1945 be like Berlin gear against Kriegsmodell armed Germans but Japan. Atleast Khalkin Gol and Lake Khasan could be an early war Soviet thing with the BTs.
