I think you are right, and probably the only solution is having access to factions for each battle according to number of human players, e.g. if there are too few players lining up for one faction you are forced to play that one (like it happens on HLL).
Filling the ranks with bot squads is not healthy to the game.
iād take that every day to be honest.
so that i donāt have to stomp new people with end tier stuff that i own.
which connets to the other problem.
not only equipment, but also lack of mmr or any matchmaker based on something.
on the other hand, itās no fun to get your campaign locked just because some new toys get added either and everyone wants themā¦
The mentality of this playerbase is so bad, that I fear this solution would only result into many more deserters on the start of battle.
i would just not play anymore, i play this game for fun not to be forced to play a lvl 5 side with nothing unlocked.
Imo best solution would be if devs could try to return to asymetrical balance and abandon the powercreep.
Those who came here to stomp and switch between factions based on which is stronger at the moment would probably leave, but it might get more new players in, and populate 1. random queue, 2. mains on both sides.
With some humour, I can say that perhaps the only way to try to āhealā this playerbase is to give it same treatment we have got during the spoiling process⦠just reversed.
Thereās a higher percentage of people who take estrogen playing it compare to the allied factions
well you get x1.4 if you win the match if im not mistaken which is an 40% boost
Is x1.5 plus another more 10% every battle awards you get up to another x1.5
oh so it was 1.5 ^^ i changed it because after research to double check i stumbled on an old enlisted movie that shown 1.4 ^^ thnx for correcting
im talkiing about my team stomping. not myself
too much damn estrogen nowdays
Nothing is wrong with Germans its just the German players. I was playing soviets on one of the campaigns in the last few days and we got stomped
anyway the fact im even able to survive the whole round in a tank shows germany sucks ass. im not cautious or anything i usually just roll up and open fire with HE shells. the germans just need one just to shoot me and i would be finished. but they dont
i was playing today during day hours and its much more balenced. i think late night germany is just fillled with bots against human players which is soo stupid and NEEDS to be fixed
Yeah, thereās losses no matter who youāre playing. I really think the relatively low german winrates across the board are more because 1: thereās fewer people wanting to play germans, for various reasons and 2: the ones that do are spread over four campaigns. US/UK only have two, Soviets only have 2.
This was why I suggested rolling campaigns, seasonally or weekly or whatever, so that thereād only be two at a time, and each faction would be represented. Splits the playerbase less. It wasnāt a popular idea, though.
Quite sure even the leopard 2a6 would have hard time to pen t-50.
Well keeping it in current unbalanced form aint exactly helping either.
you cant fix playerbase
you can easily by just making the team selection completely random. i was actually very surprised when i found it wasnt. or at least have equal player to bot rations on each team
perhaps they could add faction specific challenges which give good rewards to encourage players to switch sides
Thereās the option to play random sides, but most people turn it off. Remove the choice alltogether by forcing random sides, and youāll cut the playerbase even more than the recent changes have.
Good rewards being key. The battlepass tasks requiring x games in y campaign as z army are incredibly unpopular.
Forcing players to do a thing they donāt want to do is the same as telling them not to play your game. If they want to fix the playerbase, it has to be done by addressing balance issues, incentivizing players to both play the game and play a more diverse selection of campaigns/sides, and to stop making changes either nobody asked for, or changes we wanted in a way thatās problematic for the playerbase.
