I’ve cooked everything from Southern Fried Chicken (learned from a very nice Grandmother in New Orleans when I was there) to my traditional and favorite rouladen.

End of the day, give me Bacon, Eggs, homefries with onions and I’m pretty much a happy dude.

I’m picky con mi enchiladas. I’ve had many from all over and my favorite have firm tortillas and stringy queso. Easy to make but hard to master.

Relatable absolutely. Bacon is a tricky beast and must be cooked the right way to be good.

Absolutely.

Yup. I’m the only one in the house allowed to cook it lol. Not because I ask to be, but because the ladies ask me to.

Comfort food true and true.

Since we’re on the topic of food, this is my true passion.
Natural Yeast Sourdough Bread.
Nothing will ever compare.

Those are a tasty snack

cold borscht slaps hard as always, but I can never say no to a good steak, especially the medium rare ones with honey sauce

I like pufferfish dishes. You can have it as sashimi (Tessa), nabe (hot pot), karaage (deep fried), and even dip the fillet in sake to make hirezake.
The problem is that it is an expensive dish…
