Mine was reich chancellery conquest
Normandy Airfield as allies
Ofc first maps i played were the testing ones, but, first, in game was above
You remember the map?
Mine there was snow and wooden houses (Berlin wasn’t implemented). I remember being a rifleman and standing face to face of a t28 after cuting a corner.
Unlike those who whined stuff like “uuuuh stuart facing tigor!” It made me want to grind to unlock better stuff of my own. I felt thrilled and amazed.
mine was good old classic normandy d day play that since russianbadger show the game
one never forgets there first time
Stalingrad was my first campaign I have ever played.
Started with Moscow. When the game still had shitty random roll mechanic for bronze cards lol. Got some axes from the lottery early on and racked up a distressing amount of melee kills playing minecraft with the axe
I think it was monastery invasion? I’m not sure, it was looong time ago.
Most ppl were using quite shit gear, but it was fun and quite cinematic.
d-day axis. thought i was gigachad for getting over 140 kills. later i found out that those were all probably bots…
Oh i so relate to this, i had over a 100 kills in my first game, with little tank,
Was to figure out later, was against bots
Me too, I literally depleted all ammo in T-70. The first 3 full bot games are extremely bad PR. What a horrific first expression.
the only good thing about those is the amount of “free” stuff i got which is 7 flamethrower and some pistol
For sure, i was running around, thinking i was somehow good at this, because of first few games
till i got into normal matches, and never got a 100 kills ever again.
I thought this game is literally dead af and was pretty sad about it.
Might have been Pokrovskye in Moscow.
Moscow
Later I joined the embrace of capitalism (P38)
back in the alpha, we only had few type of missions around one map, and if i recall correctly, mine was Beloe Lake conquest in Moscow.
quite the journey from there, to here
I think it was either Monastery or Vysokovo Village
Kamenka river
Birch Grove
