Just in curiosity, what languages you can speak? I surprised that that many people in forum can speak french.

Norwegian, both of them, but they are pretty much the same
understand/kinda speak danish and Swedish
All german words that sound like danish ones, enough to vaguely understand some sentences spoken in hitlers speaches

And a couple insults in polish

Fluent portuguese
good enough English to have a convo. Even tho i have to type/talk english @ my work on daily basis, for years now lmao.

funny that learned most of it from games on my youth. xD

can understand some german and french, but dont have enough knowlage to state a phrase or have a convo.
have alot of japanese tattoos on my body - traditional ones all over my torso - neck - hand - sleeve, its a language i m trully interested to learn. only know a litle, enough to ask for sake or directions lmao

Ah! You are a man of culture! Truly delicious “wine” I even had some yesterday. That annoying pandemic got supplies more scarce in Canada though… when I see a good bottle I jump on it like a madman (or an alcoholic? :thinking:)

I speak spanish (I’m from Spain), italian (like a native), english, portuguese (basic level) and a petit peu of french.

Somehow I knew you were Canadian too.

I’m first generation here so:

Canadian (English, eh!)

Broken German (I am relearning)

English, Swedish and picked up some French from the Legion. I also understand a bit of German and Norwegian but most of all Danish which i sometimes can speak when im drunk. Idk if my buddies from Denmark understand what im saying but they just laugh and nod since its prob an mix of Swedish and Danish ^^

In America they dont require you to learn languages huh?

For us in Lithuania you must learn English, and a but later chose another language between German, Russian and French

Speaking from family members in the US, usually its Spanish as one of the Primary , secondary languages.
Depending of course, on what state you are in.

Also British Australian Scottish and Austrian. Like, aren’t Norwegian and Swedistanian the same?

A bit of UA, and Deutsch.

If you ever compare anything norwegian to anything swedish ever again i will find you and i will replace your spine with a pair of skis
