good because it allows you to run with another halftrack ( hence double experience from people spawning on the halftrack, and the rally point ) but generally, it can replace tanks if you do not like using tanks.
it has a gun… and it’s the only APC that has the driver coinceiled.
which you get an additional infantry squad with a vehicle.
fun for the drive bys
and… it has premium bonuses.
well that’s about it.
you are not gonna survive from HE or anti tank rifles, but surprisingly resilient against APs. that is, most certainly an upgrade over the free to play variant. but can be used in combo. at least that’s what i do in br2. no tanks, only mechanized infantry with bikes & halftracks.
but, it’s not “great” type of tier vehicle, because as it goes for the cons, the gun elevation and depression is pitiful, the overheat is insane and the turret rotation it’s both slow, and very limited compared to it’s real life counter part and the reload is also slow.
personally, i’d suggest to wait.
if not mistaken, halftracks will be present in one of the upcoming events.
since most likely one will be the m3 for americans, and the other a tan 251 for the germans.
Preemie Squads will definitely be more worth than Preemie Time. Which one is better though, is debatable. They took out so many over the past couple major updates. I’m just glad I snagged the cool ones I wanted. Lol
As for which one is more effective though? Especially which German one is more effective? I don’t know. I’d lean more towards the Rifleman Squad myself, but if you want the Halftrack for people to spawn on and mow down some dudes with the mounted MG then go for it
And as @Conscript_Joe said, pick the BR that works for you. For me, it’s US BR III. For some, it’s BR V. For others, it’s BR II. Don’t worry about upgrading to the next BR or grinding to reach the end. That’ll just leave your burned out and unsatisfied. Play to enjoy the game
Also, don’t feel the need to buy or upgrade every little thing. Not every piece of new equipment is magically better than your current one. Save your Silver for purchases you want. If you want to upgrade your current guns, do it. If you want to save to buy more soldiers in order to fill out your squads, then save up. If you want to deck out all your soldiers in a cool new piece of equipment then go for it. Just know you’ll be broke after. Or do it in increments and keep a bit of Silver in reserve
This game’s fun. My favorite FPS game. Just don’t let the Grind keep you from enjoying it
The best way to make silver is to purge your reserve lineup, I wanted to delete all my soldiers and replace them with the highest tier (Rifleman 3, Aussaulter 4, ect.) After purging my Soviet reserve I went from 100k silver to 850k. After fully upgrading 20+ AVT-40 rifles, 4 Federov Avtomats, 3 RD-44 Mgs, purchasing 6 AS-44 Model 5s and buying top tier soldiers for 5 plus squads I have about 140k left.
Use your brain, gather and analyze information, and then refuse to believe some of the backward and false propaganda on forums and UTB.
You too can silver coin freedom
After all, those in my community who choose to believe me are officially preparing in February 2023.
Currently I only have 21200k as I continue to keep a large inventory of goods.
In fact, for you, wouldn’t analyzing the scores of the dev team members at this year’s Christmas marathon and having everyone come up with a scoring scenario for the dev team based on the results of that analysis be the Undercurrent’s scenario for teaching players how to score?
It’s what’s right in the designers’ brains, and unrecognized playstyles developed by the players themselves will always be killed.
Below are some IDs of people on the development team who have been or continue to be involved in the game’s competition:
