the problem now is that they have introduced the panther there is no need for another extremely powerfull weapon that can instantly kill a jumbo frontally (i recall that the pentartion was 200mm but im not sure) so i dont think it will ever be added in normandy.

The Germans need this penetration in grenade launchers. The best the German tanks have to offer is 80mm at an angle in the forehead of the panther hull.
Jumbo 110mm at an angle. Even 200mm penetration does not seem excessive (panther shells at range do not penetrate the hull of the jumbo)
I’m pretty sure we’ll get a Panzerschreck and the allies a m9 bazooka, which is better than the current one. I’m waiting for that moment because I love grenade launchers, and the broken panzerfaust is annoying (25 meters per second projectile flight instead of 45)
If the magazine has 30 rounds, this may be the rifle for the radio operators 2. We already have a gewehr kurz for the gold card. It is unlikely that the fg will be much better.
Maybe something from the stg familiy. Hard to tell. It’s only sure that FG42 is not the end-game rifle.
The Mp43 is the stg 44. Have they had time to do anything else better?
Then it’s hard to even imagine what could they give to the radio operators. I’m fine with the current stage in Normandie since I feel like I already get everything I want(stg and Panther).
I agree with you, I just wish I had a good grenade launcher and an airplane. However, there are still about 8 levels to go! I think the second version of the radio operators should be too.
Historical accuracy is long gone, just give the allies a Slugger and call it a day.
if thats the case with this line of thinking they could finally rebalance normady without much problems.

There are still countless vehicles and weapons used by the Germans, even as we current see, from other nations.
There are finite but almost infinite ways to add extra levels on the campaign or add gear to the current levels. As long as they keep the effort to do so.
There are still Alot of potential weapons just from the main ge weapons. If we don’t consider the ones from other nations.
I read that article, it’s about the late levels now and the new stuff has to be better or equal to the old stuff, and that’s almost impossible
Well it doesn’t need to be better, it has to be unique and offer something special.
Like the current bike squad, it’s a level with a unique squad.
But we eventually will reach the last level on the campaign. And I m not sure if most people will enjoy it after it’s done or jump to another one.
It has to be “as good as it is now.” Because it is unlikely that anyone would change mp43 to vg1-5
I m not sure then… Only tiger 1or 2 comes to my mind.
And halftracks or planes for squads that currently only have 1 vehicle.

I wouldn’t mind inferior gear at current levels… I don’t know how long they ill stretch the levels, but we are getting max levels yet again in a week time after the update…something is needed.
Hopefully, if all goes good with custom matches, we will be able to play with current levels with diferent forces, making the game unrealistic for some, but I’ll give extra years of life to many that complet some campaigns but still enjoy current maps on others. Like me.
What ever content comes, as long it comes somehow balanced I ill enjoy everysecond of it.

It doesn’t need to be better to provide fun or a unique experience no other game shown befor.
Think of it more like semi mobile heavy artillery. It fires a 380mm rocket propelled round. That would kill everything in a pretty wide vicinity.

How about the MG 81? I don’t think I’ve seen anyone mention it yet. It was an aircraft machine gun forced into the infantry roll much like the MG15
