Had this happen as well. The event silver boxes (at least at first) were dropping better stuff then the last time I dropped 500k silver on it.
Am impressed how people remember what they got. On the first day of the new silver boxes, I got a tank and a plane. Over the ensuing days, I ended up with about (5) 20% guys (a few American, a couple Soviets, and a German), three profile pics (mostly junk), a few stickers, and tons and tons of those appearance changers.
Definitely would have liked getting a squad or two, but no luck there. And I did buy the BP.
I got a 2% lower US win rate.
