These were captured weapons that were redesignated and rechambered for German ammunition or used with existing ammo.
A fair amount of these weapons would be useful to add as counters to existing items.

  • Gewehr 248(e) to BR II (good counter to the Winchester as a potential gold order/TT weapon)
  • Maschinenpistole 760/2(r) to BR III ( As a counter to the Thompson 1928)

Allies:

  • Winchester 1894 to BR II as a TT weapon (as a good counter to the Winchester 1895)
  • Colt Pocket Hammerless 1903 ( good low power semi auto alternative to revolvers)

USSR:

  • Thompson 1928 to BR III (as a counter to Maschinenpistole 760/2(r), previously removed)
  • ZB vz. 26 to BR II (as a good alternative to the Madson)

Japan:

  • ZB vz. 26 as a BR II (stolen from China and 2,200 purchase between 1938 and 1939)
  • Type 26 Revolver (good starter pistol)

These would not only add a little variety to some BRs but fill the gaps in a factions capability to be a little more on par with what’s already in the tree for others. The Germans would also benefit from their 100 round MG comparable to the Allies and Soviet weapons within BR V.

No, it would completely kill off any uniqueness of factions. Non of them should be added to TT.

Especially adding pps-42 to German TT is extreme blasphemy. To prefer something like that over stat tweaking is truly bizarre to me.

At this point, we could just completely screw on faction MM and introduced mixed teams MM.

There was a game that did this same exact thing. They allowed for captured weapons. You know what happened to that game not long after? Continuous decline of playerbase until the game was taken off. Enlisted has already lost some of its historical and unique appeal by adding experimental/prototype weapons, but the idea of abandoning of any faction uniqueness would just be giving another push into an early grave.

Pps42 is extremely good for its BR, if we add it to Germany than that would solve the balance issue, but US would have nothing comparable, its not a solution just pushing the problem on someone else.
The real solution is nerfing the pps42 to be weaker than pps43, it makes no sense that the 42 version is the stronger.

You just make it sound like Germany has nothing special and all they do is steal stuff like how USA did that steals oil all the time because they can’t get oil on their own. The destruction of uniqueness by mass of captured weapon in German TT will just destroy German community even further.
