Weapons becoming absolete after grinding

My old Zb-26s can’t wait to get transfered to Tunesia to get rid of EVERY Breda forever.

T60 is quite hard to kill with anti tank weapons, at least from the front, so I still see quite a few in game.
The I still try to use the ZB and MG13, it’s more fun in my opinion to use different weapons. The starter weapons are all still descent due to the nature of enlisted being a on hit kill game.

And the MG13 is quite able to serve as an improvised assault rife on purpose!

Here Soviet Max level

I Use mosin Nagant rifle in all my soldiers, i not use AVS and SVT, i prefeer the mosin

Based

Puma and M5 can flank.
Unfortunaly, some Normandy maps are not necessary good for flanking…
And most tankers cant flank.

Generally I’ve decided not to spend on weapons that aren’t right for the troops using them. For example I stuck with M1903 rifles for my Normandy US squads until I unlocked the M1 Carbine & M1 Garand, I didn’t bother buying any No4 Mk1s. Conversely however with the Tunisia campaign I won’t be equipping my British troops with any other rifles that the No1 MkIII or No4 Mk1 for I am cursed with being a WW2 nerd and can’t stand the sight of incorrect kit. The only consession in Normandy I have made is the use of the PIAT in lieu of the M1A1 Rocket Launcher and I may use the Bren until I can get M1918A2 BARs. They just need to get rid of the post war carry handles from the BARs.

What that means is I don’t have a huge stash of obsolete bought weapons I no longer use, just stacks of baseline M1903s which can only be thrown away rather than sold which is a tad irritating.

It wouldnt be that unhistorical to arm the Tommies with American guns.

I have my AT squad in Normandy as only british weapons: Bren, Sten, Lee Enfields, and Piats. A lot of fun.

Only within certain limitations. With what is in the game in Tunisia at present the only American weapons I would equip British troops with if I was being very picky would be the M1928 Thompson, neither the M1 or M1A1 Thompsons were used in great numbers by the British Army. Once sufficient numbers of Sten Mk2s (and later Mk3s) were available for issue to the line regiments the M1928 Thompsons were shifted across to the various Royal Marine and Army Commando units or to other Commonwealth armies, New Zealand troops in particular using them in the Italian campaign.

I still use low level stuff like the MP28, MP3008 and sten just because i prefer to use different weaponry instead of using the same shit constantly. Also MG13 is great i wish i could transfer it too other axis campaigns. Don’t like the ZB-26 though don’t see the point in it over the MG13

Everything kills so easy anyways

Yea the ZB is definitely a down grade in most areas; however the extra fire rate often does come in handy.

I think it might have been better to swap the two in the campaign.
