Weapons and vehicles of the "Jet Power" update

There wouldn’t be any reason for the Korean War to have Tiger 2 there. I honestly can see M26 and T-34-85 seeing toe-to-toe with each other
Also, Korea would be only USA/UK/ROK VS USSR/CHINA/DPRK, and that’s excluding the Countries that joined the USA when retaking the south.

M26 Pershing vs T34-85
Germany only played a minor role in the Korean war. by just offering medical assistance.

Sorry to tell you, but no, they will not remove Panzer Shreck from the us tree. it is not uncommon for the USA and Soviets to use captured Panzerschrecks. Also, Su-9 isn’t going anywhere, lol. The vehicles are already done; there’s no undoing the upcoming update. SU-9 is literally soviet copy of Me-262

The Su-9 that’s going to be in the game is the 1946 version. These are 2 very different Su-9’s.

Yeah I absolutely don’t wanna see Germany in Korea! Germany will have to be what if Maps Cold War Fulda Gap style Germany+US+UK vs USSR
And I would absolutely LOVE it!

Yeha they will be going to implement it, but I for one do not like it and won’t stop saying no to it.
They can add it later when we get Cold War Campaign with it’s own new Squads

Regarding the Panzerschreck quting someone who did the research:

‘‘There is no proof available that suggest that the Panzerschreck was ever used in combat against German forces under any other circumstances than by the Finns in the Lapland war.’’

Panzerschreck - Wikipedia
Soviets used them, as for the USA, that is for BR balance

^
The soviets baked panzerfausts into doctrinal use and the Panzerschreck was hardly turned down either.

There is also plenty of accounts of the likes of US paratroopers or etc bringing captured ones along, mind you still not happy its in the US tree, and dont think it was strictly needed, but there is at least a case for it.

Germany and Japan conducted technology exchanges via submarines, providing Japan with samples of many German weapons — including rocket-related technologies. However, I personally think Japan should introduce the 120mm version of the Type 4 rocket launcher as a high-tier anti-tank weapon. Its model is almost identical to the current 70mm version in-game, just significantly thicker.

I really hope the next update adjusts the AVT-40 and AVS-36 to have their correct 20-round magazines. On top of that, either reduce their recoil or restore their historical rate of fire — one of the two needs to happen.

What would be preferable:

  • Using captured launchers in multiple nations like the Faust and Schreck

Or

  • just taking a Bazooka, PIAT and a Type 5 launcher and making a BR 5 version with More Pen

There is no “neither” option, They chose the former…I would have prefered the Latter

The Panzerfaust and Panzerschreck are GERMAN not Soviet, End of Discussion

So you want some more fake stuff? I thought ho ri, burst fire fedorov, hino rifle is controversial enough.

They could’ve just changed the skin and change the name into something Japanese-tech idea, but have the same stats such as the Ofenrohr (because balance™, duh) . And this whole chaos would’ve been avoided. Darkslow got sloppy, let’s face it. They didn’t learn from the US’s similar giveaway a few weeks ago.

I’m still dreaming about their promise of Assault engineers for USA/JP, and also Soviet/Japan had no event APCs.

Not what I said…I said given two bad choices (and no alternative), Id choose the latter. Id rather the appearance of being unique to the faction.

Half the weapons (more like all) dont work how they would anyway. its ALL fake. That ship sailed long ago… The damage numbers, the recoil, the RoF, the explosions, the penetration, the reloads…Its all dumbed down and balanced/quantified to suit an increasingly arcade game. Changing a launchers Penetration to work in the game would be no different…at least it would look like the factions it belongs too

I agree both captured weapons and prototypes never saw service but at least using the prototype weapon feels more authentic to that nation because the prototype has design features from the nations prior designs.

Nor were the countless french and czech weapons used by the germans, still was a fuck ton of them captured and the used by them though, so just as much as they fit in the german tree, the panzerfaust can sit in the soviet tree. Or are you gonna argue the Pz38(t) should be removed from the game as well?
