The Su-9 just makes NO SENSE, PLEASE ADD DIFFERENT SOVIET JET!
BR4 was never dead, unpopular maybe, as people needed lots of squads, but some of us had some great fights, even when uptied against V…
I understand that this is probably the maximum possible answer that I and other players can get. The main idea here is that you should not regard this position as a basic “job title”. In particular, the Community Manager is the main connection with the developer, and silently receiving a salary or expressing an honest opinion is the main choice. I just wanted to remind you that we can read the news ourselves, we do not need assistants here, but we are no longer able to decide anything for the future of the project, because even a unified opinion rarely receives feedback. Even knowing your position, you still have more opportunities to turn this game in the direction that will increase the popularity of the project and the loyalty of the audience, perhaps this will require more money, but it will pay off in full.
And also, if you want to add jets, atleast make sure that every country has a jet from ww2!
It´s like you´d add Fritz X, and are you gonna add AGM from the cold war too, because these weren´t developed in ww2? (Except for Germany)
Where did you get this information? Looks like war thunder wiki, but that is not the production date either.
Y´all (Devs) don´t have any idea what was used in ww2.
It is production, but it was first flown in 1946 due to shortage of jet engines. And yes, the work began in ww2. But it is still NOT ww2.
So Mig-9 is also not WW2. So why are you suggesting it?
The USSR leadership set the task of creating a jet fighter. OKB No. 155, under the leadership of Mikoyan, began creating the I-300 prototype with two RD-20 engines (a copy of the BMW-003). The I-300 had a “rearranged scheme”: the power plant was located in the fuselage. Initially, the aircraft’s armament consisted of two NS-23 cannons and one N-57 cannon. Later, on serial fighters, the N-57 cannon was replaced by the N-37. In December 1945, the first prototype of the MiG-9 was assembled at Plant No. 155.
This is a translation.
Original
Did the ww2 in your dimension end after December 1945?
It was developed earlier that Su-9. bruh the devs know pretty big sh*t about history.
Or else they live in another dimension. Probably somewhere on a planet that we didn´t discover yet.
Approximately in the same place as the Pershing with Rockets, which was also built at the end of 1945 . And the RP-46.
The devs just ruined the game, that´s thing that everyone older than 5 years can agree.
Doesn’t really matter, since you want jet from ww2 but it is clearly not.
True.
But they just RUINED the game so much…
True, but can’t change the fact that they are post war and rocket pershing itself is controversial.
If you mean the beltfeld dp it is actually a prototype during the war instead of RP-46.
It is not “simply a job title” to me. I got hired by the company whose games I spend (way) too long playing - it was and always has been more than a job. I’m also very active in other parts of Gaijin too (which is what I was primarily hired for) but moved in to this game as soon as there was a chance.
Usually the most we can give is “we have forwarded it to developers”. As mentioned before, we can’t often say more than that, we’re not game designers. That doesn’t mean there aren’t lengthy discussions behind the scenes about it when something is unified.
I’d much appreciate being able to say more than this, but it’s a delicate balancing act, and I’m sure everyone is smart enough to understand why we usually can’t. As much as I’d like to with my passion for the project, I can’t go rogue.
I can agree with that, which is why I (and we) do have plans for when we do have the time and ability. But again, we aren’t developers.
