Then not use your tank\plane, play as infantry.
They are or last, or first.
So I canât use vehicles because I donât have points and when I have points I donât use vehicles because the map is bad.

I donât see anything wrong with that.
If you scored points only to the last point, then you would either be a terrible player, or itâs just a very fast game.
If this is not the last point, then use the tank on the next one. No problem either.
So 90% of the playerbase.
Most games I play are <10min steamrolls.
Only in Normandy have I seen this lately, even in Moscow the teams are more or less equal.

My idea is to hardlined but dont add restrictions for wo want use veichle in that zone if them are unlocked
Your idea simply add restrictions to use endgame veichle outisde camping because once killed cant be respowned withaut a lot of work
