In this big update, even the replay system got some improvements. Very cool

Recently on my last match, I got to use the Winchester rifle and it got much more easier at aiming. God, I wish this would be applied to all bolt action rifles in the game.

It was always there. Game used to have shoulder patches and ranks long ago then removed them who knows why. Now only the M10 squad patch remains.

Lee Enfield and WINchester now feels even better. For Germany Kar98k got completely power creeped by M1895 and VG2 (even tho it still has no keep ADS)

Is the slight decrease in armor on certain tanks intentional?
There was updates on some tanks, since they received updates in WT, and now they apply to enlisted

Was lucky last night and got the new “Wald” map two times. While I liked the look of it, it somehow felt a bit “cluttered” to me: There are a lot more things standing/lying around than on other maps. I did not take out any vehicle, only playing infantry, but it must be difficult for a tank or other vehicles to move around on that map?
The other thing I dislike is the deserter punishment, because it lugs those of us who suffer from CTDs (crash to desktop) or internet issues into the same group as those players who genuinely leave a match. When I heard that such a punishment is coming this was immediately the concern I had, that they will NOT be able to differentiate between those who just quit a match on purpose and those that suffer from other issues like CTDs.
One thing we do desperately need (in order to alleviate the issue for people with crashing problems) is that they ALWAYS (!) are able to reconnect to the battle in question once they have restarted the game. For some unknown reason that is STILL not the case, so PLEASE allow us to always rejoin the battle, especially if we have friends still playing and waiting for us.
A third thing is, that it might be nice to have the “looking for group” option to get random people to join squads, BUT this is only a half measure at best, without adding the means to communicate with them in the lobby and then specifically during the battle. As above, I did say as much before: We desperately need a text chat for friends/our group in BOTH the lobby & the battle because the team text chat does not serve the same purpose. If you say you want to do something for clans and groups that play together and have random people play together give them the option to COMMUNICATE already! I do not want to always have to ALT-TAB out of the game to tell my friends something! I want an INGAME means to do so!

Smal peace of feedback, can you guys increase the rate new maps are selected after an update? I did not get a single Walt game since the update (even after giving it thumbs up in the map select and deserting games to try and get the map)

Someone mentioned Italian radio squad being purchasable again since this update, I don’t see them in shop, is this a PC exclusive?

They might have been referring to that one-off sale offer that occured when joining a match for the first time post-update.

It was a part of those random bundles new players normally get but it seems veterans got this time with the new update, My one was only 2 BR1 german squads, the finnish moisins and the romanian orita, one guy got that italian radio operators as a part of that bundle.

anyone has issues with shooting people and the bullets feel like theyre delayed from before the update or you spray someone but not killing them for a full second even tho you get a lot of noise of bullets hitting the enemy?

But in war thunder kv1 zis has 90 mm turret armour, enlisted on has 80 something now

Finally got a pull I needed from the boxes
Having gotten literally every possible vehicle by now
And almost every squad, except for the 2 better halloween ones (Mad Hans and Yasuke I got last time)
Now I can finally have not even one, but two Japanese BR3 fighters

they really need to include event aircraft as a separate squadron - so many new players cant dual any aircraft because theyre all stuck behind a single squadron type.
Older event wildcat/ zero feel very good being separate.
