Why does that matter that much? I think the 3rd burst is what makes the rifle unique. If people do not like it, why not changing to single fire?
Weāre only one shower away from 2025. Crazy how time flies.
Whereās the rifleās fire mode selector anyway?
Oo thanks:D
Please give Fedorov Rifle more ammo capacity (more magazines) I think 50 rounds isn“t alot for rifle of its type. Even Madsen has more ammo capacity.(by the way Merry Christmas everyone)
Oh Federov is saved. Good rifle now, not OP, feels fair
O7
Happy Holidays!
Because the 3-round burst is not based on any facts at all?
If we can invent firing modes, how long till 50 round full auto Mosin ārare prototype variantā straight from Vanguard?
Well the evidence weāve seen says āburst modeā without being specific so far. Let them dig into the museum data better; its a pretty obscure Federov to be honest.
Ps why not just call it Federov 1920??
I NEED TO GET MY WHOLE FEDEROV COLLECTION GOING DF< COME ON!
The last one with the bayonet is the best
6.5mm experimental Fedorov-Degtyarov light machine gun with air-cooled quick change barrel and a 50-round pan magazine, produced in 1923
Closest thing to Japanese Type Hei auto in some ways.
Either a BR5 event/premium battle rifle or BR3 event/prem MG.
Can you add a feature that allows to change the default firing mode for each soldierās weapon before the battle? I would like to have single fire on my first soldier and burst on my bots so that they rovide cover fire. That would be neat.
The Russian source article says ārapidā or automatic" or āburstā fire (as opposed to single shot).
Nowhere does it say ā3 round burstā.
Looks like fictional feature by the Devs.
Lol, surely.
You have no clue what word āweakā means.
Burst mode anywhere to be seen
Itās objectively the worst smg across all 4 countries. Lanchester is better, PPS-42 is 10x better and 2a no recoil smg is also way better. Itās a crap smg that could only compete against br1 smgs or a newbie that is still a baby fighting vs you with their crappy unupgraded Sten/M3/M3A1/PPD-34. BR2 Germany is a sad joke of a country.
And when you compare it to overpowered p2w squads like this one then there are no reason to keep playing as low br germany anymore
Could we see burst fire weapons function more realistically?
Firing single rounds is possible while shooting any automatic weapon if the operator has good trigger control. Burst functions in the same way except it has a cutoff after x amount of rounds.
Realistically a trigger must be held down to fire off 3 rounds. A quick single trigger pull would never automatically cook off 3.
the fact is you got it. why are you making excuses?
Alright ā¦
Were going to do a āSoviet baisā discussion again woooeeei.
I am on @Mortarion_Death side on this one. Look, do Germans mains have the right to be a bit annoyed after some years of neglect, yes! Soviets have been stronger for much of the games history and the merge did little to help.
But Germans have been slowly buffed. The whole idea that Germans are weaker becomes a bit ridiculous, especially when you consider that German planes are better and German tanks are way better than Soviet ones. Since German infantry weapons have been catching up, the Soviets losing their edge in the one category Soviets were strongest. This means overall, Germans are stronger on BRV. Soviet body armour does not compensate for this (although it should still be removed).
Maybe on BRII, you could make an argument that the Soviet Union is stronger, but not by that much. Only the Soviet SMG is stronger, and with all the recent buffs and down-tiered weapons, this difference has become smaller. Also, I thing neither are the best, when only considering infantry, japs are the best and when also counting tank and planes, the US with a smal margine.
So, overall, I understand the frustration of German mains. But at the moment the idea that Soviets are so much stronger just does not really work. Germans have consistently been boosted but the complaining of Germans mains has continued as if nothing changed. In fact at the moment I think neither are strongest, its Americans which outshine both. Just be happy that the Devs are quickly adding buffs to weapons (in this case the weird Federov) that are too weak instead of waiting years.
Also, @robihr , Bubnow drum is not really a strong argument here is it. Germans get Mondragon and Gerat is better than both while getting 9 instead of 4.
I want remember all of you to avoid personal feud in Development/update and news topic, especially because is the 25th December, and I guess everyone here want have the most possible nice day
