Tutorial: how to rank up all campaigns in a few hours

So a while back i ran into a 4 player allied party that was running 2 engineers, a radio operator and mortar man.

The two guys running engineers had 6 engineers each with additional recorces perk spamming ammo for mr mortar man, this took place on Kahif cave village (invasion) and they racked up around 500 kills.

Now imagine 14 engineer squads spamming ammo for 1 mortar man on that map, 6 engineers per squad X 14 squads = 84 engineers that can build 10 ammo crates each with extra resources perk = 840 ammo crates X 10 mortars per restock = 8,400 total mortars that a mortar man can spam at the defenders for hours ranking up probably the entire campaign in one match, if we take turns doing this we can max every campaign in a few days!

Any volunteers?

You should’ve probably not said anything

But I don’t really want the game to be easy, if it was easy, it would be boring, as soon as I max out a campaign on a given side, I just lose interest in it.

My motor teams have two mortarmen and two engineers, all with Max out, capacities, including extra ammo and extra build, sometimes I can’t even use all of the ammo if the match is short and that’s basically firing continuously.

What are they going to do, remove xp from mortars?

I don’t know it’s kind of an exploit, but it’s kind of not, it’s more like a game hack, but they have this annoying tendency of listening to players and making changes based on their suggestions so I don’t know that I would’ve said anything, i’m also not one of those players that gets all bent out of shape because the guys on the other team have better equipment because I don’t really think that even top level equipment is that much better than entry-level equipment, Sure they have nicer fire rates and they might be more accurate but you’re still gonna get killed the same way by around from my low level entry gun I don’t personally think that it’s that big of a difference

I’ve sen this, and even been part of one of those teams before.

It’s important to know we did this for the “lols” thought… because it’s not a tactic that wins battles. It means not only the mortar team, but also the engy team won’t be on cap zones…

We did this when we knew the battle was pointless and there was no way to win. Told ourselves to make the best of it and laugh a lil while at it.

But if players willingly let themselves get showered with 8,400 mortars the mortar man might max a entire campaign in a few hours.

yes…

But you’ll only ever see this in custom matchs. In the game we played, sure we created a constant barrage like before the mortar (MUCH NEEDED) nerf years ago, but the enemy team didnt really sit in the cap… it remained on the grey zone border, wanting our blood. We merely stayed behind a comfy hill. The rest of our team kept being fodder for their team.

We only had sporadic hits, screaming “wooo I got one!” in our mics.

So. On paper, sure it sounds like a good tactic… but it really isn’t. Unless you have the rest of the team pushing enough, which is sadly rarely the case…

I DO recommend it for laughs however, it’s ineffective, but really funny.

The most disillusioned guy on internet.

You can max out the whole campaign for money. It’s faster and you will support the game.

hopefully. mortars are cringe
