Forget everything you learned at the academy - in these battles, whoever hits the enemy first wins! Put aside the rules: it’s just you, your weapon and the enemy.
Every soldier contributes to victory, regardless of specialization - be it an engineer building strategic structures, a radio operator calling in air support, or a simple rifleman whose single shot can also change the course of history.
From May 22nd (13:00 UTC) to May 28th (13:00 UTC), you can get rewards for completing tasks.
Rewards
For completing 7 out of the 12 tasks, you will receive a unique Golden Beretta M1934, and for 10 completed tasks, an order that you can use to buy one of these weapons: M1921 Thompson 20 (Japan), MP 35 (Germany), Besal (USA), PDM-42 (USSR).
Tasks
Phase 1 (May 22nd - May 24th):
Kill 50 enemies using a bolt-action rifle.
Kill 30 enemies using a semi-auto rifle.
Kill 40 enemies using a machine gun.
Complete 6 battles.
Phase 2 (May 24th - May 26th):
Kill 10 enemies using grenades.
Destroy 4 vehicles.
Kill 60 enemies using a submachine gun.
Complete 6 battles.
Phase 3 (May 26th - May 28th):
Kill 15 enemies using a pistol.
Kill 50 enemies using a vehicle.
Build rally points and deploy APCs that will be used 30 times.
Complete 6 battles.
Terms
The tasks can be completed in the Squads mode.
The list of tasks is updated every two days at 13:00 UTC.
Tasks can be completed simultaneously.
Uncollected rewards will disappear when the tasks change.
From May 28th to May 30th (13:00 UTC), after the end of the event, you will have the opportunity to purchase any missing rewards.
Having the ability to choose which weapon to get is nice. For me it will be either the Besal or the Japanese Thompson. The MP-35 is nice but nothing crazy and the soviet one… well soviet already have really good SMG in the tech tree.
Having all four weapon as a reward would have been incredible !
If we only can take one, and it’s the level two MG-35 I’m taking it as I have two already and like them at level two. I already have a Besal and don’t care for it, don’t play much Japan and really don’t need the PDM-42, so that narrows the field.
its very good that you can choose your reward, this system is good but the choice selection should be expanded since there are countless old BP weapons that are supposed to return with events such as this.
probably the M1921 Thompson for Japan, since thats the only gun out of the 4 I actually use.
Plus this will bring up my total to 4 so I can fill an entire assaulter squad with M1921s.
The whole idea of this experimental event is to give players again the choice of what they want to unlock, since there’s an option for each faction, and of course players often like to play one faction more than others, which is understood by developers.
oh yea boi another event that since is not focused on allies will temporally revive axis playerbase
why im saying this?
simple cuz actual pro players are for some reason mostly on axis
SO all guns are BR2 on purpose to see which faction is the “most popular”
Please keep in mind that players are inclined to pick the strongest weapon rather than their favourit faction´s gun.
I’m very pleased with these back to back mini events we’ve been getting inbetween the bigger stuff, hope the devs keep it up.
Nice to get little rewards just from playing normally, and no harm missing out on anything since these mini events seem to just be recycled stuff: which isn’t bad imo, since you can further flesh out lineups with some of the returning stuff (I know I personally like that).
