Should be included if the majority of your team are bot players while the other side have a majority of players.

Except you can? There is nothing (except morals and desire to actively help your team by providing air support… which are treats that are nonexistent for a lot of pilots) that stops planes from bombing spawn and surrounding area. Spawn protection is too short to protect you against this. If you haven´t encountered it, consider yourself extremely lucky… wish I had this pleasant matches.
Also, if you play a match you play it as a part of the team. If your team did not managed to win, everyone (you included) screwed up in comparison to the enemy team.
As I tend to say: “If you are on top of the loosing team, it only means you screwed up the least, but you still screwed up together with your team.” I don´t see how I should get win bonus for being first of the worst.
There is no point in winning if you can get “win” bonus even for screwing up or engaging in scummy practices such as spawn bombing.
But that is just my two coppers.
okay, correct, but having truly awful teams suck, and deserting the game is often profitable in those cases, what about that? maybe reduce the winning bonus to 1.3x and decrease grind somewhat?

Honestly, I would just leave it as it is. Good players are awarded for their skill by battlehero and multispecialist multipliers that are active even if your team loses the match.
I agree that grind should be a bit changed, but probably best approach would be through daily exp boosters or increasing battlehero multipliers a bit.

And in fact you already get a bonus for being 1st!
so extra +10% because noone gets #1 without having some other best award, +30% total usually.
more worth your time to leave and find another match where your team can get win bonus for +50% which is net more than the 30%-40% you got if you stayed in losing match at #1 spot.
