Soviets are already getting OP paras with exchangeable weapons.
The only thing they need is tank with proper armor to face Tigers II.
US on other hand needs way more stuff.

i read somewhere that apparently they lock Tunisia to low BR? which sucks because some of the tunisia gear are of higher BR.

you have to create a new preset and make teams of 1 max 2 br to be able to play in Tunisia and Moscow unfortunately
