Yep I’ve had this same issue for several months now. I just have to remember where I put any spawn points. It’s always possible to use the search function to find them if you forget where you put them.
Also there seems to be a problem with ‘unlimited spawns’ not saving to the mod file, so I’ve been manually adding the piece of code in notepad -

Really?
I noted this problem only after Paradroopers major update, but not before it.
I did some changes on my maps before then Paradroopers were added.
It’s weird.
For me it saves without any problems.
And I checked it right now.
