Is3 and T44 was ready for the end of the war, as most of the equipment in game who never see use but is in the game anyway, moreover the discussion here should be faction balance related to our dear Japan
Let’s say soviet get is3 German get panther 2 and American their T34 made with freedom and liberty, what get Japan? Japan don’t have a IS3/panther 2/ T34 similar tank, neither on paper so it can’t field a counter on the ground for the T34 or IS3 if even figth soviet union and therefore is gonna get the end of the stick in the arms race
Also add those tanks means keep push for more powerful and rare automatic infantry weapons on the ground and powerful plane, who keep distance Japan from US and SOV powercreep at this point
Therefore is gonna break the game balances between factions and make Japanese faction pointless
Tldr: for sake of balance faction Vs faction those kind of equipment should never be added

Having bayonet is an actual adventage over rilfes that not… Then the AVS is actually better than AVT for some reason lol.
It migth ve better for You to use actual arguments instead of talking nonsense My friend probably fg can be sligty better in stats than Avs but bayonet does matter no matter how You look at it

The question is why even after getting AR-wielding paras, 100-round Thompson wielding NKVD officers and possibly the best infantry weapons in the entire game the Soviet playerbase at BR V is so pathetically bad?

Those boos are used having the best stuff (having it easy). As such they don’t really progress.
Progress happens during difficult times. Easy times bring complacency and stagnation.

Meh. I played in Moscow with stuff like beretta 20 rounds vs ppsh41 drum.
To russians, it was perfectly balanced.
So… to win back then as axis, you had to sweat.
Same with allies. Allies didn’t have T20. Heck the best tank was a Sherman 76 (that ofc Soviets got first) vs KTH…
So… yeah.

Notice in br5 Japan. You’ll only find the cream of the crop players here. They have no real tanks. No CAS. Mediocre lmgs. (Good smgs). What they have is the best SF rifle… that’s it.
But br 5 Japan players are best atm.
