Best game ever, I swear. I really hope that this game will be free in future
It’s so nice to finally get to play the game! I have really been enjoying it. It still needs some polishing, but it is the most fun that I’ve had with a game in a while.

Oh it will be free ... but me thinks the grind for a free account will be massive ....The logistics system is great. The perk reworks are really nice so far and the new weapons are all neat, and the premium squad nerfs feel very justified. The new premium squads mostly feel like they really are there to give unique / alternate experiences instead of better guns.
Only concerns I got rn are:
- almost all German squads on Normandy can carry FG42s, including standard riflemen. This may prove problematic in the future
- BA-11 and Pz38(t)F in Moscow may prove to be slightly too powerful and BA-11 was never used there, nor was the Pz3B used in Moscow.

IMO BA-11 shouldn’t exist in Moscow. Still have have Vietnam flashbacks of that thing

Love the new perks and logistics changes.
The premium nerf squad is absolutely on point. They are still able to do a lot of damage. I can’t imagine what it would have been like with 7 assault class soldiers. It will certainly have driven a lot of the new players away.
The UI has turned into bit of cluster fuck imo. I would love to see something a bit modern and sleek. Also, the battlepass menu gives you very little information. Information of what’s required to get to next level will be nice.
And please for the love of God, buff MP-28 or MP-38. It is absolutely useless when compared to PPD box. It will be even worse when players start getting drum variants.

Only one thing I wish that could have done which is to have an option to select no hud or to select which icons to see on the screen. Takes away the realism when you have so many things happening on the screen.
The logistic system is way better but it’s still gonna be one hell of a grind to upgrade the soldiers and the weapons (+ the vehicles now).
The IA is less terminator but it’s still Escape from Tarkov level of inconsistency : sometimes they will miss someone at 5 meters and sometimes they will 180 noscope you from 50m.
Didn’t play the soviet side but from what I could see the PPD box melt absolutely everything it face.
The nerf on premium squads is excellent, they are still very powerfull in good hand tho.
The T-60 seems to be stronger than the Pz.IIC, but I don’t know if it’s me but the API seems to do very little post pen damage : I have shot a few T-60 in the flank and I couldn’t do more than yellowed their engine (the fuel tank seems to absorb everything also). Also shooting them in the back doesn’t seems to do any damage for some reason.
Edit : one important thing : when you upgrade specialization in a squad, you can only choose one specialization between two or three specialization, meaning if you made a mistake you can’t choose an other specialization. In other words, you fucked up definitely.
Not only it is complete stupidity but it also prevent you from doing different build (1 sniper + 1 radio or 2 engineers for exemple).

Actually you can take 2 engineers in for example standard trooper squad. I find that option much better than what was present before. It allows players to customize their squads a bit to fit their playstyle more.
I think an “overlevel” system should be added to squads just like with reroll points for soldier perks should fix this. After reaching max level, you can reroll these “permanent” choices. Idk if it is in the game yet, but if it is not, it should be added asap.
The issue is that you cannot change your mind afterwards.

i have mixed feelings about.
one side of me is happy with how is currently going.
the other side though… it’s not convinced.
Then that is your fault for not staying up to date with the latest news, as you only realized that 1+ month after it was announced publicly.
