This vet-only power creep is going off the charts and this is making the whole game boring

I detect a Khorne follower here.

Heresy!

Thought in good fait, I admit that after Enlisted undergoes it’s war thunder conversion… most of my matches will be seal clubbing as well because I genuinely like low end weaponry and especially bolt actions. I should buy even more mannlichers and Winchesters.

Seriously.

I want this cap as a buy able cosmetic for my guys. They could even charge 8 “scissors cards” per cap, I’d still buy I ton.

I want it.

Real sealclubbing will be at low levels after the merge not at high levels.
Heres my new idea: you have new 3rd class assaulter level 1 ?
They have fewer soldiers and only 1 specialist so bringin them to higher br means your will have hard times.
Just give them all bolties, use them as infantry and farm newbies.

I dont think low tiers will be seal clubbing you think it will be.

Players really arent seals for long. Doesnt take long to be promoted to just “meh” or “average”. Most never leave this title.

It may feel like clubbing seals at all tiers, but thats just slapping casual gamers for you. Warthunder prime example. High tier players are soooo meh…only a few that know what they are doin, even if they did grind their way that high. The rest just look like baby seals

The guys that are gonna feel it the most are the ones that relied on having the gear/lvl advantage to compete. Wont have the under geared food anymore

lowest level smgs and semis are ot better than bolts (well it also relies on how player plays). lowest will probably be the noobest of noobs who just started the game lets say 2 days ago.

A huge portion of players, even higher level ones play like the noobiest of noobs. Lol (a.k.a warthunder example)

random not too related question, but how do i know the BR i’m in? is it the rank thingy we have (colonel, captain, etc)?

rank means nothing, it just show how dedicated player you are

okay, that clear that one up. now how about them BR thing? i never sees any BR in enlisted, but i also sucks ass at searching things.

Exactly. You would barely know they werent baby seals as you pummel them as if they were.

Like in warthunder, game will show you your br rating according to your setup before match.
Additionally, they can implement some ingame encylopedia

This time even I have to tell you that you totally missed the point of the topic and started trolling for no reason.

idk why players are so concerned about seal clubbing… quality of players in regular battles is so atrocious that i dont see any difference between newbie and “veteran”. specially if they are console player.

Pretty much

I sometimes play with a friend who is a very strong competitive fps player and he still does an amazing job with bolt action play while being probably below level 5 on every campaign.
It’s hard to evaluate without seeing how the matchmaking changes shape up, especially with regards to ‘matching-tech level’.

Skill issue

Have your friend with 9 bots fight at least 4~8 Veteran players with the same BR in custom mode (old players with soldiers equipped and skilled as shown) and then ask your friend if he thinks the BR vision for weapons, tanks and planes that the developers have been sticking to for over 2 months makes sense.

ohhh, the BR thing is a thing for future version of enlisted! right?

if it’s based on equipment… well, it will work okay-ish i guess? but great players would just laugh and start going sicko mode with basic ass bolt action rifle and stab anyone getting too close and silly.

… wouldn’t that mean it would be better to tie BR to win rate instead of equipment?
