Seriously, who thought that implementing it like this was a good idea? It’s mobile-tier.

Sure it will be… a whole year of forced PVE with and against bots in PVP game 
because not enough people will be willing to play the game with predatory monetization a few months after release.

I’m not too worried about pay to progress up to a point. My biggest fear is we end up with a H&G style situation, a few years ago in that game you could spend real money on a gun that was better in every way than a F2P gun. My other concern is body armour, I don’t want people buying an armour plate that can stop a rifle bullet from knocking them down or gives them an extra 2 hits against an SMG.
H&G was okay at first and got super terrible. It was not even remotely balanced at all.
