Tbf, that is 47mm HE, its a small round. Not to mention a lot of your shots were landing 4-5m from your targets.
U know whats more ridiculous? The Japanese 120 Naval Gun HE, it can’t cant kill a sherman even on its side
HE spam was super OP for a while, but I’m not aware of any nerf recently. I could be wrong though.
I think you would need to splash them from underneath even tho thats impossible so youre better off destroying their guns and tracks
That’s the weird thing, the engineer’s cannon was already a bit of a killer, but it’s assumed that more than 5 patches ago they changed the cannons you built, and while the higher the BR, the more powerful it is, it’s assumed that even the smallest one was bigger than the standard one. ._.
I’ve also tested tanks with extremely dmg by their HE ammo, and now they barely hit anything. An example is the Sherman 105.
yeah, even some 75mm cannons barely do any damage/radius with their HE shells.
Have you tried actually hitting your targets instead of relying on the game to make up for your skill issue?

To start with, this isn’t the first post I’ve made about this. I’ve uploaded videos with tanks and their HE ammunition in which even hitting the soldier doesn’t kill him.

I’m glad I’m not alone in this assessment I understand wanting to balance things out a bit but they have went too far with this nerf. They need to increase damage radius at least a little for starters. This nerf basically made HE shells AP shells effectively in terms of damage sustained to infantry
