There shouldnt be penalities for deserting a battle, instead, not deserting and staying in a round sholud be incentivizied and rewared more

They can’t even classify maps and player skills well and want to punish players?

There are still uses
Just not that useful
For open maps
I can jump to the back and try to snipe the tank with an anti-tank rocket barrel and attack the spawn point near the gray zone

Even if it’s made in China it’s not that bad
At least they provide enough benefits
Unless you’re talking about Chinese games from 10 years ago

Punishments would make sense for a serious game mode, like ‘world war’ mode or something along those lines.
But for quick and random matches, and how enlisted currently is, I think way of incentive is a better option.

I play most of games but why if I see something like me being alone with bots vs full team I should be ounished?

I said, I am not against incentives.
I am only against blind encouragement.
A coward who runs away will always run away. Even if he doesn’t run away, he is just wasting time looking at the sky, the ground, and the red death screen, consuming human resources.
Too many rewards, a considerable part of the cake will still be given to qualified old players (senior players).
Rather than new players, rookies and timid players.
For me, too many assets make me not need more income.
I want to be happy, I want those players who play with me to have brains, use their brains, learn, and defeat the strong with the weak, instead of just wanting more subsidies and benefits without wanting to take any responsibility.
The freedom and happiness they talk about are based on the high blood pressure of other players and the damage to the health of others.
And it will cause real senior players to become oligarchs with no desires faster.

This, theres a mile long list of things that are broken or doesnt even exist in matchmake which arguably are the major cause for anyone deserting the game.

This is just using deserters as scapegoat for theyr shitty matchmake.
None of the issues are fixed with this.

Avoiding death is one of the ways to conserve tickets, though.
Granted, it is not effective in all the game modes (for example when defending in invasion/destruction), but still, tactic has a point.

If there is no cake at all, why even try?
I also can ask, if the cake is so small, that it is basically guaranteed that there WILL be someone more skilled than you, who takes it - why even strive?

and if you end alone in a bot team?

Oh, so You want PvE content, then?
If there won’t be players (who leave the game and go to, say, H&G because of ridiculous punishment system), then you’ll have bot teams, which again, are going to make the issue worse.

Moreover, as for the punishment measures announced now.
It will not affect old players (old players) to give up fighting.

The cost of punishment is still acceptable. Take me as an example.
I have only fought 7000+ battles, my fixed assets are 5000k (idle troops and weapons), and cash (silver coins) is more than this. I have 2~4 sets of preset queues for each camp, and each queue has 8~10 troops.

I am so grateful that someone is stronger than me. I can drink more tea and even listen to music and news while fighting.
A more pleasant battle.
Instead of me playing the role of a babysitter for 9 people.
Punishment is to urge infants and cowardly adults to at least do the necessary things they can do, the most basic measures. Or, let them think a little bit about whether to exercise their brain folds more.

It might be, will hopefully be, different for sitting AFK and getting kicked or crashes. It also already says it won’t happen if you been in long enough. This looks fine to me.

Well, yeah, I can say the same, as I grab a RO/Mortar/Plane and semi-relax, but game needs to respect their time and effort, otherwise why play this game?

They wouldn’t accept your (or mine) babysitting anyway, they’d rather leave and do something else.

If that punishment disrespects their time and (even abysmal) effort put in the game, they’ll leave (and find a better game, or find a different activity altogether). And you will have bots who will 100% ignore Your (and mine) babysitting attempts.

That part was just a joke. I have had a lot of parts on my old cars that I ordered that were made in China.

For many players, when they do this, they are already playing as a baby. They only ask for marks, waste time to fire blindly, and do nothing when faced with the mark.

yep Except for those who don’t care about any punishment. With the basic punishment, many people will consider whether to choose a better location to build a respawn point when they are powerless to save the situation? Should they assist in defense by purchasing and laying mines? Should they give their troops, such as engineers, or higher-level soldiers, more effective weapons? Should they improve their own FPS game level?
The new punishment mechanism is not the tyrant’s criminal law, such as the impalement stake or the stake.
In addition, they can still choose to escape, but it is no longer willful and costless.

The relationship between time investment and income?
I agree with your point of view. I have seen that some people have always emphasized the low income of silver coins (I do too), but they ignore the increased silver coin income in the new plan (R&D plan) and do not care about the venture capital related to the plan (I have hardly seen anyone discussing it on forums, redt, and discs)

Similarly, there have been many venture capital events in the past three years.
Most players do not care.
So do they really care about the relationship between time and income?

Analyzed replays to confirm this?

…uninstall the game.

Seriously, why should they stay in this game?

I can only say the game was more fun when I started then it is today. I love the cool shit they put out, but when I started you could work your way up the tech tree and levels and never be too outgunned, unlike today. I played for a year and a half strictly building my Allies squad with the goal of reaching level 5. Once I got there…>Then what? So now, I am a vet with maxxed squads at every level, so I play every level, which probably is not fair to a newbie when I play a level 1-2 match, however, I have found far more Marshall’s playing that level then I find in any other.   So I am not the only one.

Now, a newbie (if they choose) can buy themselves competitive premium squads and not have to rely on the tech tree. I never spent a dime on anything here for over a year and a half, till a rank reset made my US squads sacrificial lambs every match which gave me no choice but to start another country unit, and since the Germans were shower raping me game after game, that is where I went. But I did not want to start from scratch, so hundreds of bucks later I was competitive and several levels. So, that is what the game has become, and each time I buy something I swear it is the LAST thing I am going to buy.

So, Gaiijin has been using this to get people to pay money. I guess I cannot blame them, the game is free and no on has to pay a cent, but if you love the game and don’t want to have mud holes constantly stomped in your ass, you got to drop a few bucks. So does Gaiijin have any business sense? Yes and no. They are making money with their premium squads, but pissing people off along the way as well. And is it just me, but WHY do all these premium units we pay for ONLY HAVE 4 or 5 squad members? Especially when most tech tree units can get 7 to 9 if you take the time to build them. But, I was only a Car dealership manager/car salesman, so what do I know about business.

I have seen too many, including myself, some regulars in the forum, celebrities, a helper, a member of the development team, not to mention the senior players at the Marshal level.
Waste time and ruin other people’s gaming experience. Quite a lot of players have done it, just like everyone’s growth is not smooth.
But punishment will make everyone make fewer mistakes. Just like encouragement, persuade everyone to stay on the right track as much as possible.
They are twins.

They don’t care about this game, so why should they be care by other players in this game? They are not Tianlong people in ONE PIECE.
Every game doesn’t need to accommodate 7 billion people in the world

So are you telling me you are using snipers as defenders or something?

When SMGs, assault rifles and full auto battle rifles are the main force of both defenders and attackers, how can you say “Paratroopers” - or how I call them “better assaulters” are borderline useless? I don’t understand your point.

Are you trying to pull my legs like Erika with her talk about boltactions being the best weapons in the game or what?

Yes, funnily enough in the same match I’ve used paras in defense this way:

It was yesterday, some stalingrad map (if you want to fact check).
I really love sniper AVS, extremely fun and strong weapon. (And I hope dispersion of sniper FG will get fixed one day)

Well, I literally shared the reasons why.

This is extremely impractical. Since your bots are going to die pretty quickly on constantly bombarded objective. And if your teammates are not constantly building ammo boxes (since those are getting non stop destroyed too), your limited ammo is extremely impractical and you are forced to pick weapons from the ground (which I am not fan of).

I would always prefer assaulter or MG squads over paras. Always. Because I always have big ammo bag on them. And I don’t need to relly on my bots staying alive.
