The changes made to this tank has brought some issues that needs to be looked into:
It’s APCBC rounds are completely worthless. The x29 APCBC rounds that it carries should be replaced by HE rounds. With a maximus pen of 52mm, they are completely worthless at BR3 and the tank has essentialy now only 28 rounds worth using.
Pz.IV E & F1 are still lacking HEAT rounds. The old premium Pz.IV E has x36 HEAT rounds, the TT ones got none; Pz.IV E/F1 stands no chance against other tanks with only 52mm pen, they should at least get a few 80mm HEAT rounds to balance it out.
Pz.III N Stalingrad remained unchanged. As I see it, the reason behind the changes made to the Pz.III N were that the tank was way too strong and oppressive at BR2 (good armor, good mobility, ridiculously fast 75mm HE spam, and HEAT availability to fight other tanks). This makes sense; what makes absolutely no sense is that the strongest N variant, AKA Pz.III N Stalingrad (with x28 HEAT rounds), remains unchanged. The stalingrad variant should either receive the same treatment as the normal TT one or at the very least, get nerfed in some other way (eg.: less HEAT rounds).
You obviously have no idea what you’re talking about. The HE have always been much better than the Heats. Its anti-personnel potential is significantly worse than that of other German BR2 howitzer tanks. Pre-change Pz III N had better variety in ammo types and it had better armor.
Not to mention that it’s a relatively rare tank these days. So it doesn’t seem to be a balance issue. Just let the Stalingrad vets have the unique reward they deserve.
It is not necessary.
They already have huge anti infantry capabilities. If you want to hunt tanks, there are many other BR2 german tanks more suitable for it.
There’s no need for them to be excellent at everything. Completely belittling other tanks of same BR.

You are kinda contracting yourself here.
I’m fine with legacy tanks being slightly better and having some differences that makes them unique. The problem is, when one tank gets adjusted because it’s OP and and the same time its legacy version, which is very similar (which is better against other tanks, worse against infantry, as you said) remains totally unchanged. That’s kinda unfair. Veteran’s bias, I guess…
I would even argue that HEAT was still better than normal HE for that.
While the HEAT does lose 50 fragmentation over the normal HE, it still got plenty with 300 frags still.
But the neat part of the HEAT is that the base explosion has the same size as that of a tiger 1 so you can consitantly kill with the blast itself.
