This event was already frustrating enough—forcing us to use untrained recruits and stock BR 2/3 weapons. But now they’ve thrown in a bunch of BR 4/5 gear, completely ruining the balance. Those full-auto rifles need to go. Replace the tanks with AI-controlled BT-7s and Type 98 light tanks, and limit AT weapons to the Type 97 anti-tank rifle and PTRS. Then maybe it’ll actually deserve to be called ‘fair.’"

哟西I fully agree—we should deploy more snipers and cut back on engineers. Those LMGs and HMGs are a real pain.

This event just seems lazy and not worth it. It’s going to make players HATE playing pacific maps even more. Should have ACTUALLY created a new map and created better, well thought out squads. Very dumb to not let us at least pick perks or pick our melee, throwable and backpack situation for each soldier ( or easier yet by squad). Not ONE Japanese SOLDIER has a sword! This event just seems pointless and blows imo.

This entire event’s lineup feels like a cheap cash grab for the devs’ idiotic event items—case in point: the PTRS motorcycle. Regular motorcycles were already dumb enough, but now they’re shoving in this useless variant that can’t even pen the event’s most basic tanks. Zero firepower, zero mobility (let’s be real, motorcycles can’t even function properly on Pacific maps), just pure frustration packaged as ‘content’.

This event really needs to serve as a lesson for whoever is behind the events. No one wants to be forced to use unupgraded soldiers, unupgraded weapons, and poorly comprised squads while some dude is plowing through your team with a select fire rifle or a BR5 tank.
I think by now we all know that Japan is seriously lacking in terms of equipment, which isn’t that hard if a fix considering there’s still plenty they could add for Japan.
I think daily limits on events are also starting to take their toll. A lot of people are on vacation this time of year or simply don’t have the time to log on every single day so it really forces that FOMO.
Also they really should give up on bikes until they rework the vehicle system. Out of all the useless things in the game (Air raids, supply drops, rocket artillery, the Russian AA gun, the entirety of BR4) they decide to keep buffing bikes but they don’t realize that adding a score requirement to spawn in tanks and planes would be the best buff the rider class could ask for.
Also maybe next time an event like this happens don’t make it completely one sided in terms of equipment.
Anyways I really do hope the best for this game in the future, the dev team is usually really good at learning from their mistakes, usually.

Another critical flaw: Semi-auto rifles are completely neutered in this event. Their entire purpose is to compensate for lack of one-shot kills with higher ROF – but with stock troops, stock guns, and forced bipod/crouch shots for any ranged accuracy, you might as well just issue bolt-actions. At least those guarantee OHKs without butchering historical authenticity.

This event is poor quality. If the rewards werent so desirable nobody would play it. If someone wants proper manchuria experience i recommend privateryan44s work. It actually has interesting squads and proper map. Enlisted Sandbox // Best Game mods

Honestly, grabbing a few buddies for a custom match is infinitely more fun than this garbage event.
