The first trial of the T-34

In March 1940, two prototype T-34 tanks began their test run from Kharkov to Moscow. Moving at night, in strict secrecy, avoiding major cities and roads, they had to cover 750 kilometers on snow-covered roads.

The tanks were accompanied by the designers directly involved in their development, including the chief designer of the project, Mikhail Ilyich Koshkin. The vehicles completed the journey in 5 days without major breakdowns, and after a series of tests in Kubinka, Koshkin personally presented them to the country’s leadership at Red Square on March 30, 1940. The protocol to launch the tank’s serial production was signed the very next day.

However, Koshkin was not destined to see the success of his creation in battle. On the return journey to Kharkov, he fell seriously ill with pneumonia that later led to his death on September 26, 1940. He died not knowing how legendary the tank he designed would become.

nice lil event :+1: .

but since you guys keep adding decals.

how about we get finally soviet & allied stars, beltzkrauzes, and other basic ww2 decals for the base customization?

EDIT: also, it would be really great if the decals gained from event would increase to 2. instead of only one. can’t even place it next to the turret and on the chassy.

either one or the other.

I appreciate we get emblems that look authentic. I prefer this over some weird reindeer.

  1. We need tanks to change basic color by default based on the map (yellow Pz III in Tunisia, white in Moscow, green in Normandy, etc.)

  2. We need tanks to have default non-editable decals in correct sizes and positions (German cross, American star, etc.)

  3. Each tank should automatically and randomly generate turret numbers in fixed sizes and positions

  4. Giant weird decals like reindeer should be significantly removed in size, the exploit needs to be patched

  5. Where is the Cosmetic Toggle to turn off Zombie Pz IV, Halloween Sherman, Giant Reindeer and Devil Halloween decals?

Because his design was good but they put it together like chumps

I will just skip this event as I did the previous one since it’ll just be obtainable inside the veterans box. 3345 hours played… game is rotting.
