Unfortunately we have to resign ourselves. Enlisted is already almost a lost cause, I don’t want to think about it, but if the game follows this path it’s going to die… ok, maybe I’m exaggerating with the last part but damn, it’s been almost 6 years of development and the game hasn’t improved in almost nothing, the only notable thing being the fusion and slight changes in the graphic effects.
The saddest thing is to see how there are, literally, thousands of GREAT suggestions and that almost none of them are taken into account, and the few that are taken into account, are implemented very badly.
I have always said that enlisted has HUGE potential but it is not even taken advantage of, most of the game mechanics (if not all) are half done, the good ideas that enlisted has are very poorly handled and at least for me, they are already It makes me very useless and a waste of time to suggest anything.
I, personally, have already lost 90% of my faith in the development of this game. As much as I like Enlisted, I must admit that the game has lost a lot of its charm and today I barely play when there is an event. I really would like the devs to start listening to us and start improving all those aspects where the game really needs to be updated and stop prioritizing the graphics and other aspects that literally already work and that no one asked to change. But well at this point I see it as something very difficult.
Makes me half-tempted to start my own game company and show them how it’s done. I know it’s not as simple as that, but I’ve seen what bad games look like and I know what bad game design, and lastly, I’ve seen many great games. We just have to take what’s great from games and expand, that counts enough to try right?
I’m surprised this post didn’t immediately get closed, last time I “complained” about them not listening they commented something about cosmetics/minor fix and it got immediately closed.
My girlfriend hears me say pretty much the same exact thing when I am playing a lot, except my American version falls more along the lines of “Why the f**k do I even play this game”. I love it, but it pisses me off so often.
I’m to the point of just keeping my mouth shut, as from what I can see, DF has their agenda and rarely responds with what we ask for. I mean, people have been complaining for years about the absolute embarrassment called DF bots. People have been complaining about the soft rule longer then I can remember (including myself), and other then concentrating on fixing BR1 so they are locked into a 1/1 match, nothing has been done to help Allies or Japanese with their level 3, as I often encounter level 5 Japanese when I try to play level 3 Allies. Result, I rarely play level 3 allies anymore. Hey, DF, want more people to play Allies or Japanese, fix the match making would be a good first step. Don’t have enough players you say? Well, you need to give the people a reason to play with them, don’t you? Better match making? Maybe some better weapons, at least in Japan’s case? The result in my case? I play mostly Germans. You need more players in Allies and Japanese, not Germans or Russians.
So, really, what is the point of DF forum suggestion page, as DF seems to rarely fix anything that customers request?
yes imitate solo kill enlisted, hates enlisted. What we would be left with, an fps with garbage graphics, horrible grind, and no path to monetization but a clown car of customization. yah turn enlisted from a flawed squad based shooter to garbage , where did all the money and players go, solo is dead and was only ever a small fraction of the player base, yes even before you had to hunt for it the count was tiny even when it was a full game mode
I bought it played through the tutorial it was meh tanks with HP if I want that I’ll play WoT BF5 would give you a better experience. its a cool concept but definitely not a $20 one.
