I have the same issues. Cosmetic items that should have been purchased in Normandy were stocked in the Pacific.
I reported this problem to issue in another thread as a bug that causes purchased cosmetic items to be lost., but apparently all the missing items were moved to the Pacific.

I’m also having similar issues, alongside all of my mosin sniper scopes being taken off and moved to the special event winter wrapped sniper mosin…
I mean… if there was a mechanic to put 6 scopes on my special 1337 sn1pz0rz mosin, I’d do it… but there isn’t… so I’m mad about it.
And of course not having any sniper mosins anymore save for my winter wrapped one….
