All German (late war) tanks use APCBC. Tiger is worse there. You said that we should be glad that the tank with the “better range” could be ingame soon. And well, the Panther is already there.

A) Better APCBC (which is still main shell here).
B) APCR Sucks like 4mm on a range which is not very common here, while being better (at least 10mm) on important range. Even if you have 4mm, having (to exented way) better pen values on ranges where you actually face tanks more often than on 2500m would be better here.

Because, as mentioned oh so many times already:
1.) The PPSH doesnt kill in one shot
2.) The PPSH heavily falls off at range
3.) The PPSH is restricted to assaulters
The FG42 II has none of these issues. The only nerf the PPSH needs is the same nerf the STG needs: not being allowed to bring 3 different assault squads.

What 80 vertical, 20 horizontal? You can find compilation with Thompsons, MG34s, MP43s. Show me the stats. If the US had a gun like the FG42 II the German mains would flip shit
