Meh, I’m working full time and decided for some reason (what was I thinking???) To return at university at the same time. After 15 years out of uni, I didn’t expect it’d be so demanding (I miscalculated).
As for suggestions, devs don’t give a f*** err 2 cents about what community want or not anyway and will belittle us when we disagree with their decisions so… I now only use this forum for entertainment purpose and follow the news.

I’m in the middle of finals rn, so eheh, pretty tired. I remember 15 years ago “never. Nerver again I’ll study etc.”
But medical domain is just crumbling all around where I live (unless you’re an overpaid doctor). Staying in the labs just don’t cut it anymore. Time for a change!

I ran into my first forum user (at least that I was aware of) last night, and it was wastedwoodsman…in Normandy as germnas instead of US.
I found it a bit confusing and amusing at the same time, had a bad match, and still did better

I dont know, I dont know anyones PC usernames or any console peoples IDs. I just recognized wastedwoodsmans name on the german team with me. I was fighting “with” him. I wish we could see peoples names outside the scoreboard somehow so we could say team up with a guy whose doing well on the scoreboard as a force multiplier.
The best weapon is the gewehr gold ticket weapon on burst mod.

It really feels like if its used well that the flamethrowers are the best weapons by far. It just does so much more than an automatic weapon I dont have to explain to you guys the things a skilled flamethrower user can accomplish. The utility of them is unreal.

The flamethrower is in a really good place compared to what it was. I can actually storm bunkers or deny areas. I can’t belive how powerful its become.

I’m not even going to read the umpteenth “FG OP, nerf it” thread.
US players MAY, POSSIBLY, have a point in complaining JUST because of the recent ROF nerf to the Garand. But that’s the only legit reason. Otherwise, there is (was) no major difference in facing an FG rather than a G43. And I know because I maxed both factions in Normandy.
Russians in Berlin have an excellent semiauto available very early in the campaign, and their SMG assortment ranges from “good” to “amazing”, INCLUDING earlier ones. Any average Russian player with SVT and assaulters can pump out enough firepower to be more than a match for FG wielding German veterans, who on the contrary need to have most or all the campaign unlocked and are therefore rare. And I know because I’m playing both factions in Berlin, currently I’m even higher level with Russians.
TLDR play different factions, take advantage of each one’s strengths, and stop bitching around asking for nerfs. People who grind their asses out to reach high level weapons have all the rights to enjoy them eventually. If a dude serves you your own rear on a platter with and endgame weapon, it’s not because said weapon is OP, it’s because in order to get that weapon the dude has been playing and learning the game since MONTHS, and therefore is most likely somewhat good at it. Period.

Also: I, too, would love to happily blame a handy scapegoat when I get owned badly. And I DO happen to get owned badly, way more than I’d like. But the hard truth is, most of the times that happens, it’s because I WAS OUTPLAYED. The other guy either had better reflexes, better aim, better positioning, better awareness, or all of that (and sometimes, why not, better luck).
A veteran playing daily since months and months may one day start a new campaign from scratch, say Moscow Axis, and out of sheer exercise destroy Russians with starter rifles and MP28. What then? Will people open a flood of threads asking for starter rifles and MP28 to be nerfed?

the G43k for how much powerfull it can be, it’s basically limited to one.
can’t say the same about full squads of fgs…
