The American forces in the Battle of Normandy should be strengthened

I still don’t know how many lives STG user takes with him per average.

STG is still a fairly late unlock, so, I doubt You were able to accuratelly assess the capabilities of STG from the moment You decided to focus on the axis in Normandy.

So did the A-20 so I dont see the excuse there.

Because Allies Tunisia is ez play for them.

It’s so fun to destroy noobs and amers bots (No)
The new hellcat added an incentive to amers to continue playing this campaign (No)

Okay, thanks for some preliminary data:
90 eliminations with SMGs, I’m guessing STGs.
5 deaths… I don’t know the number of times You respawned in SMG squad, so I’m doing an educated guess of 2 spawns as SMG squad.
Although, wait…

That’s 3 SMG squads in the same campaign?

Yeah

Out of pure spite of your posts and replies, me and the bois decided to play some matches of Normandy Allies

-The Axis counterpart were using Tigers and Mp43/Stg and were constantly bombing run us
-But yet we managed to hold them off by the second objective for some odd reason

My conclusion here is, Normandy Allies is not weak because of the equipment, they are weak because of the players, my squad did just fine defending our positions (albeit it costed a lot of lives)

Therefore, there is no need to buff Normandy Allies equipment (m18 or m10 can be changed) because the reason why people are having a hard time is because the teams are mostly filled with bots or incompetent players

I almost always play alone, only about 5% of the fights in the whole game I played in a squad. The game in the squad is biased because it does not reflect the situation in the random.
Playing in a squad is not the same as playing in a random.

I really recommend playing with a squad, no chance for you to be able to utilize a specific faction’s strengths alone, no matter how good you are, if your team is bad, you’ll always lose

Playing in a squad is not a panacea. Okay, I will play in a squad and win every fight, but other players in other fights will still lose.

Okay…
That complicates things - as a F2Play’er, I only have 4 slots to fiddle around with - so, I’m not sure how to do the math right…
I’m going to do a guess that You spanwed in as SMG squad 4 times - 2 were probably a vehicle…
4 STG users per squad.
4X4 = 16 STGs used.
90 SMGs probably also include FG42.
5X3=15 total number of SMGs per squad.
20 SMGs total.
(90/20) * 16 = 72 SMG kills, more or less belonging to the STG gang.
72/16 = 4.5 kills average per STG.
Hm.

I dont use a tank/aircraft slot and fg42

What do You mean You ‘don’t use’?
It’s literally in Your squads equuipment - Radio operators have it along with that AT gunner.
Or You order Your squads in the back and go semi-lone wolf?

Usually dummies (radio operators and armor-piercers) do not live up to the moment when I want to shoot with fg-42

Heh, guess it is a bit like me with schiessbechers in Moscow…
Either way, this means that those 6 respawns were SMG squads.
So.
6X4= 24 STGs used.
30 SMGs total.
(90/30)*24 =72, the same…
72/24 = 3 kills average per STG.

In order to determine if STG is indeed OP in comparison to other SMGs…
I’d need to compare STGs to other SMGs.
So far, 3 kills per weapon is… well, it doesn’t seem too OP for me.

In general, we are now talking not about the top status of the STG, but about the wretchedness of the amers.
Stg is one of the best SMGs like Fedorov, MKB and PPSh

It should be, but, frankly, it should be rare/expensive, if not put only in the very late war campaigns, such as Berlin.

MkB early for every trooper in moscow, soon.

I propose to add BAR for every soldier type. And also double it’s ammo count!

(Not at all a similar idea from Wastedwoodsman)

god please no

You’re restraining yourself, what about a captured captured from the germans AVT-40 for the amies?

Let me guess, you play the same 3 squad in every campaign and all your soldier are equiped with AP mines?
I can smell your sweat from here.
