okay, so you know what? if special penetration rounds like Panzergranate 40 wouldnt have been so expensive and reliant on Tungsten, those would have been the Wehrmachts standard anti tank rounds, but regular AP had to do it instead.
Explosive filler was more of a thing to make those rounds also effective against anti tank shields, emplacements, trucks and cover in general, when HE would only explode on surfaces - not to mention that filler would often be unreliable anyways as it would get destroyed when penetrating too much armor.

When they received sherman Tanks, and adapted their own OQF 75mm gun to use american shells, it was common practice for the british to remove the HE filler because it was deemed unecessary and might be a source of issues with the shells.
Overall I haven’t ever heard about APHE being way much better than solid AP outside of War Thunder. Plus after the war, US developped Solid AP shells for their 120 mm gun used in the M103 heavy tank and 76mm gun used by M41 light tank because HE filler was deemed unecessary as well.

funny thing about that:
only one picture is enough for Darkflow to add it in the game, even if they don’t have any other informations about the weapons
one the other side there refuse to increase the ROF of the FNAB 43 because “we don’t have any informations that the ROF was higher then ingame” even if the community gave Darkflow proofs like that

Same hapened with the Japanese AT rifle with supercharged AT grenade, which would have been a very interresting High BR AT weapons.
There was multiple suggestion topics regarding this weapon. And yet the devs prefered to copy and paste the german AT.
According to one CM in an official Enlisted twitch stream “Devs cannot implement a gun with only the picture of one side of the weapon” and yet they manage to do exactly this with the PPsH… yeah certainly not biased

nope, the french guerillas from the event a while back can equip T20 rifles and M2 carbines, if anything, now germany is (slightly more) on equal footing with the usa guerillas
maybe it sucks if you’re USSR i guess but they have suppressed PPSHs now
that doesn’t make it any less pay to win ?
i sure do find fascinating their strategy of selling you solutions to problems that they have created in the first place though.

Problem with PPSh-41 (S) has nothing to do with balance and everything to do with aesthetics.
Suppressed weapons have no buinsess being in the tech tree, it should be removed from the update and kept as a future event reward, or (dumb solution) add Sten Mk II (S) to the tech tree.
Non-existant prototype vs most succesfull suppressed weapon of the war… DF chose poorly… even more so when no one asked them to choose at all…

If you can’t beat FG 42 II with your AVT and AVS ( before the RoF change ) it is sadly a skill issue from your part and from anyone who shares your thoughts.
The soviet body armor still gives you an advantage in fights at a distance larger than 20 meters, where you will down the german in 1 shot, while FG 42 II will need 2 .
AVS and AVT cannot receive both 20 bullets mag and a faster reload than FG, and the soviets to keep their body armor. If fairness is what is you are after.
