Where all this garbage is above what we actually want to see instead of in a sidebar on the very large margins?

I don’t know why prople complain about that. For me it’s normal, it doesn’t have that top part
It’s a normal forum layout, for sure.
But regulars in here tend to read everything, so they want the overview instantly and not scroll everytime they login.
Personally I find it annoying. Wish we could be able to customize the UI.
