How do you get your commander heads out (and shot of course!)?
I know it can be done - I’ve killed a few! 
Also I see some topics on “free look” - how does that work in the game - which buttons for a PC??

Needless to say it doesn’t work with the T-60.
While the hatch is open, the commander can also fire all of the tank’s guns.
Good to note as well, if your commander gets shot out in Normandy, another player can jump into your tank, then if they’re in the commander seat they can open the hatch up to control the roof MG without interfering with the functioning of the rest of the tank. I just did that today.
Nice - I was wondering for the M8 Scott - of course in it the unfortunate commander appears to have no ability to duck into the turret and so has a 100% casualty rate!! 
The positive is that every bot prioritizes the M8 which triggers friendly bots to mow them down. The new meta is triggering your own bots.
