The HE on it is almost ineffective so why not give it a 37mm case shell they also carried which has no explosive and is basically a big close range shotgun shell?
Current HE is good against puma ammo racks though, so we lose that ‘advantage’
The M2 37mm gun can’t destroy/pen pumas at all using HE
Apparently we will be able to choose the ammo loadout in future so can have both.
I’ve never tried it on the Puma but as an anti-infantry shell it doesn’t work very well.
Oh I see the Devs have already commented on this exact question and it’s a “maybe” add shells like this.
Also the damage model got changed today so HE on Puma is maybe different now.
