According to stat card, it does 14.4 dmg maxed.

I actually think that there’s just a chance of bullet having 20+ damage.

Guess I can look myself later, I just ain’t close to computer now.

Well as I remember it has 90 rof in moscow and only 60 in stalingrad. Plus, I still think that damage is being random, because some shots annihilate targets in practice, and some aren’t.

Nothing svt40 is a filler level

SVT-40 much sexier furniture but it should be a bit lighter than the SVT-38.
