I don’t think this event is fair at all. It just tells us a terrible thing. Developers don’t understand the performance of these gun at all. Japanese equipment is obviously worse than Soviet equipment.
Especially Type 4 rifle. Too sucks that I can not even shoot a moving target.
Of course, Japanese planes are also very sucks, only the Tiger tank slightly better than the Stalin 1 tank

If it were me, I would prefer them to replace the damn Type 4 rifle with something else, such as the Hino Komuro M1904 Rifle or Hei rifle late
Even give Japan Type 38 bolt rifle is better than Type 4 rifle

The only misbalance is the Type 4 vs SVT-38, which is only because the SVT-38 is so brokenly good with its hidden stats.
Everything else is balanced, if you ignore the planes

It’s sad that a BR I bolt action is better than a BR III semi auto (previously BR IV). If the Type 4 had a faster reload and less dispersion, I think it would be a better gun. As it stands, only half my squad uses the Type 4. The other half use the Type 38 and Type I, since they outperform it in most scenarios.
