All slots will be refunded because its easier for them. And people who do not have prem account can’t purchase them again. Because it’s not possible to buy slots if you don’t have prem account.

BUT, since he’s no-premium he wouldn’t have get the ability to use 10 slots for GER and USSR regardless (if the transition would’ve worked out).
There needs to be a slot sale though, i’m not waiting another year for another sale just to buy something i already did.
