Squad setup

● What are the best squads to put in your setup?

I play battle of berlin
So in my setup I have assault engineer rifleman and I want to know if there are any ways to make my setup better.

It’s more of personal preference buy people day engineer full FG-42 I personal don’t like that so I do tank plane or two tanks and one plane and all assault and one sniper for US Normandy I’m level 16 for Germany Berlin ATM and only doing tank plane mg cuz its better for Germany then US and assault still trying to find the sweet spot for Berlin

It truly depends what’s work best for you, everyone has their own strengths/weaknesses.

But in general, Berlin is a heavy cqc setting, so you might opt for automatic weaponry. As such, bring in assaulters squads and lmg squads. In each, it’s important (as always) to have a trusty engy in your composition for ammo box and really, REALLY important rally points.

For your third squad, it depends on what you like. Engineer squad is always a sound choice. Always. Have them being led by a lmg guy (axis) or assaulter (Soviets). Or a flamer squad, really underestimated in this campaign.

Having the radio squad in your lineup for smoke can work. Especially as soviets as you most likely got people around with ppsh which perform best close up, which smoke artillery can help you achieve. There are a few open fields you have to cross from time to time.

Current powerful setups:

  1. infantry squads armed with automatic rifles. (1 to 2)
    2.assaulters. (1 to 2)
    3.machinegun team. (1)
arm your infantry & assaulted squads with best automatic weapons (avt fg422 ppsh m38) & big grenades pouches.
give them the perk that allows +50% throwing distance. In this way you can bombard the enemy before getting into contact (maximum distance for grenades:100m, explosives:70m). By doing so, you can achieve the greatest kill counts during intensive fights.

one radio squad can add into this set up.
