Changes I would like to see

Spitfire Mk I – Merlin III to Merlin II (1310 → 1030 Horsepower)
In War Thunder Spitfire Mk I / IIa have same BR of 3.0, and you could say the Mk I is currently better.
Peronally id prefer the non late Mk I version with Merlin II engine which would be lower battle rating

Spitfire Mk IIa / IIb
Fine as they are now

Spitfire Vb / Vb trop
Fine as they are now

Spitfire Vc / Vc trop
Fine as they are now

Spitfire F Mk IX / IXc
Fine as they are now

Spitfire LF IX – Merlin 66 , 25 PSI → 18 PSI (2000 Horsepower —> 1750 Horsepower)
Tbh i always found it silly to have another spitfire with same cabilities as griffon powered ones and 25 PSI was above the standard regime for the Mk IX

Spitfire LF XVI
Fine as it is

Spitfire F Mk XIVe / XVIIIe
Fine as they are

Spitfire Mk 22 – Make 2 versions of it, main tree and premium
One would operate at +18 PSI which was standard (2060 Horsepower)
The other would operate at +21 PSI which was less common, reducing engine life (2300 Horsepower)

Spitfire Mk 24
Its just heavier Mk22 with bigger fuel tank capacity and since its post war, not Enlisted material

Nope, there is no any counters of spitfire late variant in Germany.

Me-262A-1

Me262 is can’t be counter of spitfire. Because It is jet, not a prop fighter.

Well let’s case only turn fight of props since Spitfire is prop.

Re 2005 or G56 and Ta152 H-1 can be counter of late type spitfire like LF/ F Mk IX or XIVe/c

F MK IX is good but It’s slow, has too low engine power, acceleration sucks

There is no any Germany of Italy fighter counter of LF Mk IX. Add LF Mk IX and balance It is very hard to think about. This is really serious.

So XIVe or XIVc with Ta 152H-1 is best balance I think. Those are have ‘proper’ performance with late Axis fighters than LF.

Why I thought 2005,g56 Ta 152 H-1 is that they are fighter has good turning rate in Germany and Italy at least. And all of them is late prop fighters.

Counter of late Spitfire in japan might be A7m1/2 and Germany fighters of soviet I think is i225, yak3u and la-9

But the most important is that we don’t have late p-51 like D-20 D-30 and late spitfire even we have all of late type bf 109(G-14,10,K-4) and Fw 190 D-9/12 now.

Allies props in enlisted is weird.
