Mosquito needs a downtier. It originally was a Tunisia only aircraft. Which as you see now Tunisia is not tier 4 so it should be downtiered to 3.

I don’t think it would be op at all, considering it’s br IV, and there are lower br alternatives allies can use with rockets already 
I wouldn’t mind, but I prefer bombs personally (tank busters).
It’d be amazing bing able to choose loadouts…
