don´t know about ppsh , but i tested ppd , and it looks very balanced, MP-40 and 38 perform very well at mid ranges while ppd is frankly poor, A 3 stars MP-38 can sweep an enemy squad in seconds, so i think it depends on the level of your gun, and your hability.

Ppsh i a ppd on steroid, regarding the mp38 / 40 you are absolutely right they are offensive weapons compete well if used from medium range since the ppd after 20m is useless.

If he is Sturmpioneer,he might have an MP40 or STG 44,tho we cant forget about Kar98K and Gewehr 43.Yet he can be equiped with trophy.

Based upon what knowledge? Come on, I am curious. Which book does state what the end war Pioneer carried?

Especially since only Pioneers had Flamethrowers. Panzerfaust were also carried by other troops and less common within german pioneers.
